under spp do we need to show bank statement proofs

If applying under spp do we need to show itr and property docs .. please guide because i have been seeing that lot of ppl getting rejection due to not strong financial .

Documents wil submit are
qualification
work experience
acceptance letter
gic and tution fees
sop mentioning family income around 8 lacs a year
Medical

Please advise these docs will be ok to file under spp

what we have to write in "funds available for my stay"?
which is under section DETAILS OF INTENDED STUDY IN CANADA.
