Hello sir
Applying for the work permit (2years) through consultant. They adviced me to submit my educational Docs. Photocopy and original passport along with 25000 then they said that they will apply for lmia and it takes 45 days. After getting the lmia reports (as per them it's called job offer letter) They will send my Docs to the employer but not said the name. After all the legal work done in Canada the employer send docs. To the Canada embassy in New Delhi , India then I have to go there and needful formalities will be done there then I can go to Canada with multiple visa..
What should I do sir?
Advice me please

Others can comment but Sounds like you are maybe being scammed given an employer for example applies for the LMIA not an agent in a foreign country. So this agent has not even given you a job offer and you have not had any interview with the employer. The employer for an LMIA would need to advertise the job first before they could employ anyone which they are unlikely to do without interviewing someone given it is an expensive process for an employer to submit an LMIA application.

None of what you describe sounds genuine so I would not part with any money or documents.

Before processing they need lmia once confirmation report will arrive then they will start process of me.. After completion of process and stamped work permit visa then I haVe to pay like 13lakhs. INR.

Should I go for it or not?

It is a scam. You're being scammed for an awful lot of money. Don't pay them anything. Hope you have not given them your passport or other ID.

Here's what you can do:
Tell the agent that you would like to know the LMIA number + a copy of the job offer to process your work permit. You can then post the job offer here after deleting any personal information
