Under new rules.I got the letter from cic requesting full application and docs

I got the letter from cic requesting full application along with docs to be sent withen 120 days. I am a doctor from Pakistan and I applied in may 2008.I am going to appear in Ielts on 18th april. Although I have already done acadamic module but I dont know whether they will accept it or not, so I am appearing in general module.
I have only one problem, that I am self employed family physician. what should I do about letter of reference from the employer ????????

Hi,

CIC requires General Test Module. You must have had previous employment experience, you can show those letters as previous expeirence and for current scenario, show that you are self emplpyed.

You are a family physician and self emplyed. there is no need to worry.Give your clinic details, if possible tax returns, rent agreement(stamp paper) with english translation etc .
A GP or physician can be self employed.
Go ahead and keep in contact , I am also self employed family physician . I have consulted devid cohen , great consultant of canada.he said this experience is acceptable.

I am a doctor working in an organization.I applied in March2008 and in Jan 2009 i recieved a letter from visa office to send a full application. I did general module of IELTS and send my original result of IELTS, work experience certificate and all other documents on 24th April.(last date is 12th May 2009).
