2. how many Ielts bands I required for it ?
3. My employer need to show any document or income, except letter ?
4. working as a shift manager on 12/hr, is it good enough to complete requirements ? ( most of job requirements match )
5. how much this whole procedure cost usually ?

is there any way i can show my all documents to a good lawyer , please give me your email or contact info in Ontario, i will contact you and will pay your fee , thanks for your help.

1) Yes. You can go out of Canada.
2) IELTS > http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/cec/language.asp
3) What the letter should contain (10) > http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5610E.pdf
4) Determine which NOC code it belongs to.
5) If you are without any dependants, the entire process should cost around CAD1200 (approx). If you go through a lawyer, the spending could be much more.

You need to do lots of home work. As the first step, refer to the site and get basic understanding > http://www.cic.gc.ca/
