Hi i have a concerned my partner did not declare his child for the reason that we lost contact for almost 4 years he tried to reach out to me but sad to say i block him to any of my social media nor in my personal number. then after 4 years i reach out to him. and we reconciled and wanted to be together. but prior to that 4 months he is already in canada can he have a chance to add as his defendent?

When you say that he did not "declare his child", what do you mean? Where did he not declare his child? Was it in his own PR application?
