I have mentioned in the application that my Uncle is in Canada (Citizen). Now I need to provide the proof. CIC lists that Citizenship card must be provided. However, my uncle says that Citizenship cards were cancelled by the Government. He has sent me his passport scan and utility bills etc. Please guide.
