Hi,

I received my ITA in the last draw with a CRS of 450 (cut-off in 435). I'm now having a hard time to get the documents to proove my work experience for my current job. However, I listed in the EE application that my main work experience is in my previous NOC, in which I had over 5 years. In the current new NOC I have two years, and I would like to 'unclaim' this work experience.

My CRS will not drop (and even if it did, I still had 15 points in excess of the cut-off) and my FSW score will drop by 2 points, but I will still be eligible (70 from 72).

Is that possible (unclaim activities pos-ITA without impact in the score)? Should I just remove this work experience from the work experience section, and list it in the personal activity session of the e-APR? Is it necessary to explain that in the LOE?

If anybody did that plese let me know. Thanks!

Eligibility points have nothing to do with CRS score. Since your CRS won't be affected just move it and explain in the LOE that you couldn't get the right proof and maybe add a screenshot of a few attempts you made to get it just to be on the safe side (I personally would just write a sentence in the LOE as it has no effect, you didn't add that work experience to get more points, but some people feel better including everything they have)
