applied CHC chandigarh and got visa in 4 working days

Banks are instructed by thiers seniors officers not to give loan to any aera gairaa, i was also facing the same problem...... then i got the manager our relative n loan got passed within 3 days

* in ur concernd you dont need loan to apply for jan 2013 intake you have to deposit 10,000 CAD in canadian bank

My profile was same just like yours....12th 51%, 10th 60%......IELTS 6.5 (6 in each)....loan 12lac....but got refused.....what you guys think?
No gap...
My uni was kwantlen polytechnic.....course was diploma in accounting (2 years).....
But the refusal letter wasn't mine which I received with my passport....got a call from CHC to reach chandigarh on monday....what do you think?
