It would be grateful if you could help me on this matter. When I started my application I had the custody of my child but he was unaccompanied on the application.
Meanwhile my son has decided to go & live with his father. Therefore I have not be able to do his medical examination but I send an affidavit (give custody to father) with a full explanation why I have not be able to do his medical, for me and my patner our medical has already been sent (March 2012).
I just want to know if this will cause a problem to obtain our visa.
