Hi, if anyone could assist me with this issue. I submitted my Express Entry application and received an application number, however since my submission I have not been able to view the application or see any updates or messages relating to the submission. Each time I log into my account the "view application " is blank. I have reported the issue by completing web forms and selecting the option to "report a technical issue" several times now and have received no assistance. I am now considering submitting a new Express Entry profile. Is this the right course of action? If not what else can I try?
