Unable to validate my citizenship certificate while applying for passport

Hi,
I gave oath on 1st April and today i went to apply for passport. when officer scanned bar code on my certificate, it couldn't bring any details in the system. he told me that probably CIC didn't enter my details in the system and asked me to contact CIC. its been more than 20 days since i took oath. On that day they told me to wait for 2 days before applying for passport.

When i called CIC they just listened the problem and said that they will send it to case processing center and it may take few days.

Any advise.

Follow up with IRCC again! You are a citizen; You don’t panic. Make them accountable and responsible for their actions!

Which passport center did you visit? May i ask you to visit a different passport office and try again. I had similar issues but the passport office was kind enough to do a intake and validate the certificate later. I got my passport within the normal processing window. Need not panic.
Please head to a different passport office.

I called CIC and they told me that it will take 2 days to correct the problem and asked me to try again tomorrow.

couldn't wait for 2 days and went today again, surprisingly this time they were able to validate and accepted my application.
they asked me to pick it up on 08th.
