Unable to upload the documents asked by Delhi Immegration...Help!! Urgent!!

Friends,

I have applied online from India for the Study permit at Canada. I have received the email from Immigration Section of the High Commission of Canada in New Delhi asking me to upload my Educational Documents.
According to MyCIC terms, once you have submitted your online application, you cannot send more documents to support your application unless a CIC officer asks for them and if an officer asks for a document, you will get a notification in your My Messages box in MyCIC.
I have already submitted the application on 26th November, 2014 and I have not got the notification in my MyCIC message box from CIC officer asking me to upload the educational documents so I am not able to upload more documents there. And there is no other section to upload the educational documents.I have also mailed my technical query to question@cic.gc.ca but get only system generated mail as a reply. :-[
Please help me...it's urgent!! :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(
 
Did u get a solution to ur problem of not able to upload docs...m too faciing same problm

bro better u contact ur visa office directly.... and tel them the problem u are facing... and ask for there mail address to email the docs..:)
 
I have already e-mailed them but they are not responding..i emailed on 9th and 11th but till now there is no updation....my application status is open and medical is also passed .....m really worried...is there any othr solution?

Fax it to CHC Delhi. Quote your name, PP#, DOB and address.
