I have got a request letter to upload additional documents to MyCIC account, but when I log in to MyCIC I don't see any option to upload the document. No link is enabled. Has anyone faced this issue?
 
Thanks for the reply. Would this add the document to MyCIC account? I just have a couple more days to upload the requested doc.
Yes because you will have to provide your application# and UCI# while raising the case specific enquiry(CSE) through this webform
 
I have had the same issue they asked for additional information and there is no place to upload the documents. I sent by web form but a few days later I got another message warning me to upload the data ASAP. I called them and they told me it take time for the webform to reach the agent. Up to a month apparently. I hope this doesn’t cause big issues.
