Unable to understand the PNP eligibility as per the screenshot

Dear Forum Members,

I would be happy to seek your support in understanding the attached screenshot. i have submitted the express entry profile, and ours (couple) CRS score is 380 and the NOC of the primary applicant is 1221. After creating the profile, I came across this, where the eligibility for the PNP is stated as 'Not Met'. Please help me understand what went wrong? How should I proceed for PNP application?

Have you received a Nomination from any province or territory? If not, of course it's not met.
