I'm in France. The day I left Canada, I received my permanent residence. However, I don't yet have my permanent resident card. As a result, I'm currently trying to submit a PRTD.
I carefully reviewed my entire application: indicated that my application was urgent because I'll be returning to Canada in about a week, and provided a justification. I completed the IMM5444 and IMM5644 forms, which clearly state that these forms are ready to be submitted. I attached a full copy of my passport as well as two proofs of employment in Canada. These documents are also ready to be submitted (in green), according to the website. I paid for the application ($50) and attached the proof of payment with the barcode (also indicated in green as ready to be submitted). Finally, I completed the Consent and Declaration form, and it is also indicated in green as ready to be submitted. When I scroll through the entire page, all the required documents are indicated in green. I really don't feel like anything is missing or incorrectly filled out. I've been checking this for 3 days now: no errors are indicated. And yet the button to submit my application remains grayed out and it's impossible for me to click on it.
I've tried disabling my ad blocker, switching to private browsing mode... it doesn't change anything. Do you have any solutions because I'm a little desperate... My return is in 9 days now (06/21/2025).
