Unable to see option to upload LOE or any other supporting document while submitting Application

I was getting 502 error when trying to continue with my profile this morning, now when I can access it. I am unable to see any option to upload any other document other than stated on the website, is anyone facing this thing other than me?
This are the options that I see
1. Passport/Travel documents
2. Marriage Certificate
3. Medical
4. Education degrees
5. PCC
6. Employment record
7 Proof of financial support
8. Digital photo

I am also completing my documents. I saw an 'Optional Documents' section under the 'Supporting Documents' section. Is it the place to upload a Letter of Explanation?

hi @Gina123 i could also see that option till yesterday, apparently cic website has been updated today, I cant see that section anymore, can you please login and check and tell if you see that

That's weird. I just checked it and it is still there. The document's name is 'Client Information'.

I just logeed in again now i can also see, but there is some update going on on their website, I couldn't see it when I asked this
