Unable to reach to CIC Agent

Guys,

I am trying to call CIC on same number provided on IRCC Website, its just 9 a.m. here in Canada and it already says that "we are unable to transfer your call to an agent" . I was trying to call them since 8 a.m.

Anyone has any idea..? did they change their number..?

Please help

Hello, did you manage to get hold of that agent? If yes, what number did you call plz? we call the number on the CIC website but its only the automated system. thanks!

After selecting language, select 7 for express entry and then 0 for agent
