I’m in a confusing situation and hoping someone else has experienced this. I recently got an email from IRCC saying a decision is available in my account (for my visitor visa). But when I try to log in via the new portal https://ircc-services.canada.ca/ (CXP), I can’t get past “try again later” or error messages.
It’s been 48+ hours. I’ve tried different browsers, devices, clearing cache, and even different networks. Still no luck.
Does anyone know:
1. Is the IRCC portal currently working / accessible for others?
2. Any tricks or alternate login paths that have worked for you recently?
3. What should one do to view the decision if the portal remains down (contact IRCC, etc.)?
