I have applied Can + program visit visa through IRCC portal and I think my biometric request letter is available in my account. However, unfortunately since 2 days I cannot login to my account because system is saying
There were issues submitting your form.
User information could not be found. Please try again later.
March 19 was system down for few hours then I tried to remove caches but still it is not working until March 22 today. Can anyone suggest me how can I login in my account?
