Unable to Link Pr application to my GC key account

Hi All,
I landed in Canada on the 24th Dec and it's been 7 days now and I am unable to link my PR application to my GC account. Whenever I try to link it shows that my application was not found ..

I do not understand why? Is it because they have not started processing my application?
