Unable to link paper based application

Hello All
I applied on july 21 2021 for spousal sponsorship. So far my wife went through medicals , biometric, background check . Still waiting on passport request. It was paper based application, trying to link to online to check the status. It was not getting linked or find information. Need help and guidance
