Hello, I am trying to link my paper application online. Has anyone else had problems with this. I got the confirmation email a few months ago from a previous application, and got my invitation for CEC. I am trying to link my application, but it keeps telling me there is no application found.
I tried pressing the "space bar", but that trick doesn't work apparently. Help?
