Unable to link my paper application to MyCIC

Hi,
I am FSW 2014

I have been trying to link my application for the last seven days.
All the information Filled in the form is in accordance with the Paper Application (and also with GCMS notes) but still unable to link it.

Somebody mentioned that he was able to link with the help of IELTS Designated key but it was in may 2016.
I donot find the place to add IELTS key. Has the linking system changed?

Has anybody tried to link the application after 23rd JULY?
Please help!!!!

Atleast now I know that somebody else (of FSW ) also facing this issue.

Yes you it does. What I'm confused about however is, the IELTS cent has two dates on it and I don't know which is the correct one to use, although I've tried both with no success.

Thanks for trying again and confirming that the form for linking does not ask for IELTS key.

While trying different things I found that if we select EE only then it asks for the IELTS key (after 23rd JUly i.e system update)
But we cannot choose EE as we applied for FSW 2014 and applied before EE

Have sent multiple web forms but got no reply

ok, instead of using IELTS option, why not try and use application number and UCI​

I dont know whether it is wrong or right, So the catch is for fsw2014 you have to fill Express Entry(although I am not Express Entry Applicant).

dear muhzahid..... Had previously visited the url you provided but was unable to link the application.
I was able to link when i choose Express entry(although i am FSW 2014) instead of Federal skilled worker.
I think there is a bigggg bug in the Mycic system.

Yes I used the language test info
I copied the info for language test from my GCMS note....

Then you must have used the language test info.
