Unable to link my application to CIC account

Hello peeps

InLand VO office received my application on 9th Jan
AOR received on 15th March

When Im trying to link my application system says information i provided is wrong.
Well I tried all the tricks and tips like Did not enter any passport info. And tried various permutations and combination.
yet failed.

is there any way I can call up CIC asking them to link up my application to my cic account.

Another concern is the mail i received says

If you choose not to link your application:
It could take us longer to process your application.
We will continue communicating with you or your representative by email or regular mail.


Will it really slow the process of application even if we up to date on ecas status check.

I have nearly the same problem. I linked my application with XEP number just several days after CIC got my package. I got AOR 2017/03/14 with EP number. Now I can check status of my application on cic.gc.ca But in my online account is still XEP number and I can't see status of XEP application there. Moreover, I can't link EP application for three days.

My Application was received by cic on Jan 03.
And I got my AOR on March 14

Hi,
I was facing the same issue (unable to link my application) and then I found the problem:
The Number of family members, including the primary applicant, that are part of this application includes the sponsor too!
Hope that helps.
