Unable to link my account. Please help!

I submitted paper study visa application on 28/06/18 but I have not been able to link my account online. The only acknowledgement I have ever got was from vsf office which contains my tracking number. My question is, WHAT IS THE IMPLICATION OF NOT BEEN ABLE TO LINK MY ACCOUNT? CAN IT AFFECT MY APPLICATION? Please help am worried.

But you only need your name and date of birth. Edit: ok there is also all the other info about funds and eveything, yeah your consultant needs to provide you the package.

No. There is a place they asked me how much in USD do I have to study in Canada. I think that's the problem. I don't know the exact figure
