In the time between getting my ITA (29th Oct, 2018) and submitting my eApr (27th Dec, 2018) I switched jobs. I joined the latest company on 4th Dec 2018 and since I could not get a reference letter from them, I included this job in my personal history (and not in my work history) for my eApr application. I mentioned the same in the Letter of explanation.
Unfortunately, due to mental harassment at my current company, I cannot continue to work there and have left the job today without serving the entire notice period (I had resigned few days back). Thus, I would not be able to get experience certificate for my current job.
Would this have any negative impact on my PR application ?
