changing NOC codes from EE application to eAPR post ITA

Hi guys,
Can I
a) add a new job to eAPR post ITA? I am having hard time getting an experience letter from one of my jobs. So I am considering moving a job from personal history to work history.
b) Can I add my NOC in eAPR post ITA? Both NOCs are in the same skill level.
I do not expect both these changes to reduce my points. Any help would be appreciated.

1. Yes

2. You can add the NOC as long as it does not change your primary NOC (if you are nominated by any province under that NOC).
