My name is Gurvinder and i am 27 years old and i hold 3 years of work experience in operations.
Basically I work for the one of the largest UK based Gaming company from India.
It's a shared services organisation (BPO)
Currently I am working as senior associate
My current roles and responsibilities:
1.Managing the team of 15 members.
2.preparing the SOP
3.Having weekly and Monthly based calls.
4.working on different events like Football, Greyhound,Tennis,etc..
5.Displaying on events on the website
6.Cross checking the content of the website where no duplicate or error is found.
7.providing new offers to the customers.
8.Solving new request raised by the customer on the social media platform
9.cross checking the updates of the retail store ( through application)
10. Settlement of the event once those are finished
11. Sharing the monthly report performance of the team and individual to the manager.
12. Building the strategy with the team for the future.
13.Training the newbies when they join the organisation
The offer letter contains the role as senior associate Trading operations..
Basically we are the one who manages all the retail store and digital (websites) of the company
The NOC code what I found was 1211 but not sure
Can someone please help me..if I am wrong
