Unable to download E-certificate after oath May 2025

Good day to all. My husband and I had our oath on May 9,2025. We did receive the instructions and the code on how to download it after the oath but when I try to download in the portal. I can’t download it. When I sent our oath, I used PDF and the subject line i mention the name of the officer with the application # and our family name.. this is scarborough office actually. But I didn’t recive any cinfirmation that they receive our signed oath. Any help pls.

You got your oath yesterday, and today is a weekend. We've seen many reports of people who had to wait a few days before they get it. So, nothing unusual. Give it a shot every day and you should get it soon.

My parents took Oath a week before and till date there is no communication from IRCC. I cant create the IRCC portal account in absence of Invite Code. When I try to generate invite code it show technical error. What I am supposed to do. Kindly advice. Thanks

Hi, you need an invite code to be able to donwload it but if your invite code is not working call the IRCC.. mine was working after 5 days. Some people waited for a week after. But if I was in your case better call IRCC if its already been a week.

How you got the invite code? I haven't received any communication from IRCC yet. its been 10 days
