Unable to download e certificate after 11 days

Hi guys,

anybody still unable to download the certificate after having the ceremony? What did you do to solve this problem? I have emailed them several times using two different emails but no answer! I am stuck!

Did you call IRCC and checked that they have your signed oath form?

Also attach the signed oath form to a webform request, that way they will not be able to use the excuse of not having the form.
