unable to check status and find application

Hi, I hope someone here will be able to help. I applied for my PR card renewal on June 15, 2023 through the online portal. For some reason when I try to check the status of my application through the IRCC portal im told that my application cant be found. What do I do? How else can I check the status of my application?
