Unable to check ECAS status

Greetings Everyone,

I had receive my PER on Sep 7 and it has been almost a month now that I am unable to check my ECAS status online. It says "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided."

I have tried checking the status using UCI, application number and receipt number, however neither worked for me.

Please advise as how much time it takes to show file status online??

That's odd. Usually your status is available on ECAS even before PER. I can only imagine ECAS updates are delayed for some reason, maybe due to the strike action that was going on
