I had previously got an H1B visa stamping dropbox appointment.(Was unable to stamp at that time). But after the Sept2 rule, dropbox cannot be done anymore for H1B, so I am trying to change the appointment to in-person. I cannot find this option on the Canada US Visa portal. I contacted customer center, and they said it is not possible to change it, even though the rule has changed.
Either I need to dropbox (which I am not eligible ?) and then they will reject and I can make it in-person. Or I need to pay the fee again and book an in-person appt.
Anyone else faced this issue ?
