Unable to apply for Supervisa from UK

Could anyone assist with the following problem please , we have tried to apply online via the IRCC website for a Supervisa from the UK.We put in our details and set up a IRCC portal account , however after inputing our data and applying through the Visitor visa questionnaire we were unable to get past the stage where it says you can only apply for an ETA ( which we already have recently).
Is there any reason we are unable to get past this part of the supervisa application ?
any help is much appreciated.

ETA only allows them to stay up to 6 months. They have to apply to extend their status in order to stay longer.

Assume you meet the income requirements, perhaps you should consider to submit a paper application instead.
