Unable to access the ecas!

Hello

I have not been able to access ecas for the past week. I didn't change anything. Tried accessing using UCI and application number. Still the same it says we couldn't identify you using the information provided. I was able to access before with no problems. Online tracker works fine tbough. Anyone facing similar problem?

Never mind. I was able to access. IRCC removed a space from my last name. Not sure why. Maybe ut happened when they processed my recent PRTD.
