Unable to access EE application: Website problem

Hi

IRCC should seriously consider revamping their website and login section. I have been trying for the past 2 weeks to access my online application using GCKey. Every time I am routed back to the Welcome page after entering my username and password.

A handful of times I am lucky to see the "Terms and Conditions" page, only to be routed back to the Welcome screen after pressing the "I accept" button.

Anyone else facing the same issue?

Try to clear browser history and cache memory of your browser and try to login after closing and reopening your browser

Yep.... I am still facing the same issue in 2021. IRCC website is crap when it comes to loggin in.

Try clearing cache multiple times and using different browsers ...

Nice to see this many years later everyone still has the same error on login. looping the page every time we click on login or gckey. I thought it was just me.
