Uk visa ban and USA visa refusal, can they hinder a successful Canada student visa

Good day
Am interested in traveling to Canada for studies I want to know if I can apply
Moreover have been ban from entering the Uk for misinterpretation which was done by my agent in 2015. I want to know my chances of getting a Canadian student visa. I was also got a refusal from the US embassy with my family in 2018

You can apply and HAVE to disclose all the refusals. If not, you are committing misrepresentation and could face a ban of years from Canada. (regardless if your study permit may be approved or not)

With a ban from UK and a refusal from US, your chance is not high.
