I am a UK student who is going to university in Ontario for a year. I applied for my study visa online on the 15/05/14 and it was approved 02/06/14.
I haven't received any information since I got an email stating the status had been changed to approved.
I have phoned/emailed the Canadian embassy and no one seems to help with online visas. I need a Letter of Introduction/Entry in order to enter but no emails have been sent to my CIC account or own personal email.
I fly out on in 2 weeks and University starts shortly after.
If anyone could help or has some information it would be hugely appreciated.
