Hoping someone can help!

Currently, and for the past year, I have been a stay at home mum in the UK. I am a Canadian citizen and previous to this I was a teacher in the UK for 13 years, my husband is British. What sort of proof can I use that I can support the the family financially? It's driving me crazy as we want to send our application asap but there is no way I could secure a job in Canada before arriving and don't want to go back to work until next academic year!

Any ideas?

You can provide documentation showing your career history and a letter explaining that you intend to start working again next year and why you haven't been working this year. You can also provide proof of savings. Luckily, there is no income requirement. They just want to know that you have a plan in place and have never been on social assistance or gone bankrupt etc. :)

Thank you! Was hoping that would be the case!
