Hi all,
I've received a UK Police Certificate as part of a visa application, it is showing my one conviction but not two police cautions, which I received whilst 17 years old.
The conviction is from 30 year ago, and resulted in a £200 fine. I was 21 years old and stupid, thankfully no offences or issues since.
I'm wondering why the convictions are not showing, perhaps as I was under 18 years old?
I intend to share details of the conviction (have to really as on the police certificate), wondering whether I should declare the 2 cautions as well?
I am engaging with an immigration lawyer this week for guidance.
Any one who similar experience they can share gratefully received. Thanks!
