UK Police Certificate - New passport

Hello,

Ready to send my Common-law app but just checking it over one final time.

I noticed my Police Cert (Issued in Dec 2015) has my old passport number on. I renewed my passport last month. I've included copies of both old and new passport. So they will see it's belongs to me.

Does anyone think I'll need to reapply for a new Police Cert with the new passport? Or would an explanation letter do the trick?
