Did anyone ever apply for ACRO PCC?

There is one thing called "address history" which I have to fill out. Do I need to include all exact addresses (worldwide), together with exact date of living there? This sounds crazy to me.

Yes at least approximately dates if you can’t remember try checking mails t4 bank address or friends it’s if they find a criminal record then they go deep. If not they won’t. Me too I can’t remember where I lived in uk the building is demolished. Did u get the form endorsed.
