UK Bank for Express Entry proof of funds (advice needed)

Hi All

I bank with Natwest and unfortunately they've said they cant give me the POF letter express entry style. They also won't give me a letter stating that they can't give me the POF.

For those in the UK, can you please suggest what banks you successfully got your POF letter from and if it was sufficient for PR purposes.

I Currently bank with Nationwide, also inst bank statement enough for POF? I could ring up my building society and ask if they are willing to do this for you.

Hi, yes please if you could do that for me, that'd be great! I'm open to moving to a bank that does provide the POF.

I have 2 or more degrees, 1 year foreign experience and maxxed out ielts.
Sadly, 449 is still a long shot so I'm learning French now. What's your score?

Same problem with Santander, they offer a reference letter but it doesn't contain any of what I need for POF.
They can give you a certificate of balance, I am going to ask for one of these, include 6 months bank statements and also see if I can get a letter of explanation from them about the reference.
I have a bank appointment on Tuesday I'll post back here about how I get on.

If they give any letter with say the latest balance only, that may be fine. You can add 6 months statement and a letter of explanation. This is not guaranteed to be accepted, but there is a good chance.

I managed to get another reference from the branch manager of my local Santander. It still didn't cover everything but all that was left out was average balance for six months (although average ingoings were included). Also the current balance wasn't in the reference, I included my most recent bank statement for this.
I tried to upload six months of statements but the express entry system wouldn't allow it. The maximum file size is only 4mb

Hopefully this will be ok.
