Hi my husband applied for spouse visa on 10 oct 2018 but still not recive UCI number.we have email to immigration a month ago,they says that they have recived our file but not issued reference number now 4 months are completed we are worried why they are taking lomg time please share if anyone have information please leave reply Thanks

They have your file so thats good. Nothing else for you to do now, just wait for the AOR. Things go slow but youre likely to get it soon.
Expect the process to take 12 months and try not to stress about it too much
