UCI Number

Dear Asivad,Rajkamal and experts,
Recently i received ITA and i completed all the forms but in two sections i am stuck,there is a question what is Unique Client Identifier (UCI)?in my son and daughter application form,they are currently in my home country and their age is under 18 so i don't know what should i write there in UCI number?
I hope somebody could answer my question.

What is a UCI?

UCI stands for “unique client identifier.” It is also known as a client identification number (client ID). It appears on official documents you get from Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC). It has four numbers, a hyphen and four more numbers. (Example: 0000-0000).

If you are applying to CIC for the first time, you will not yet have a UCI. If so, and you are filling out a form that asks for one, write “Not Applicable” or “N/A” in the space provided.

If you are applying online and the form does not allow you to input “N/A,” leave the space blank.

+1 rate for you,Finally succeed after leaving blank.i have another question my wife,son daughter in Nepal,so can i ask them to do medical before i submit my application and even me i didn't take appointment for medical so tomorrow i want to take appointment,can i also do medical before submit my application or i need to wait from cic to tell me to submit medical report.Actually i got ITA on 20 the April.

You can do up front medical before submit application bro. Just go to the clinic then tell them you are going to apply permanent resident or show them Invitation letter, Once your exam has been completed, the physician will send the results to CIC.
