UCI Number

Dear Seniors,
I want to report the technical issue to cic and there is option to put UCI number so i am confused which one is UCI number?I tried to put from my work permit which is in red digits and black digits but it says invalid number.Or where can i see that number,i have work permit only.

I believe that UCI is an eight digit number that you can find maybe at the top right of your work permit?

Thanks for reply but there is 9 digits only and i used both but both become invalid.
