During the initial ‘Express Entry’ profile submission, I got confused with the question 'Has XXXX applied to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada before? (required)'.
I thought that it was asking if I had applied for Permanent Residency before, which I did not and hence, I had selected 'No' as the answer.
But during the PR application submission, I understood that my Work Permit also falls under this category and hence I selected the option as 'YES' during the PR application submission and provided my Work Permit UCI number in the application.
Now, I have a new UCI number mapped to the PR application and a different UCI number in my Work Permit. I have raised a Web Form with this information asking for clarification.
Please let me know if this will impact my submitted application.
