UCI number is changed

I applied again for my study permit on 23 Dec 2022. but this time my UCI number is different than last time because of that my biometrics are also not showing up. I have even raised a web form so many times but got no reply.
Does anyone have other ideas than web form?

Did you use the same GCKey account to submit the application or you made a new GCKey account to submit your second application?

It was on the same gckey account.

That's strange; the UCI number should remain the same if you use the same account unless there is some error. The application number changes every time you make a new application but is linked with the parent UCI number. If I were you, I'd explain the error to IRCC via the webform.

please confirm how can you sort out this .. even today i got different uci num after refusal.. even biometric is not showing in gc key portal..

please help me out ..already raised the webform
