UCI Number for Spouse in Generic Application Form

Hi,

I am filling my Generic Application Form(IMM0008ENU_2D).
What should I fill for UCI number for my wife in the form? She hasn't travelled to Canada. She doesn't have any Canadian document.
Please guide.

Second that, leave it blank if she doesn't have a UCI or you don't know it.
