uci number changed

How are you guys.
Anyone knows why the immigration change the uci number if someone refugee.

I haven't heard of anyone's UCI number being changed, although I know the government introduced ten-digit numbers for new clients a couple of years ago (previously they were only eight digits). It is probably best to inquire at IRCC.
